"Honestly, Such a Relief!"
I booked through mistay i was so relieved with how easy everything turned out. The hotel staff was super polite and helpful, like genuinely made me feel taken care of. Check-in was mostly smooth, and they guided me properly without any confusion. There was a tiny delay at the reception, which felt a bit annoying in the moment, but nothing too dramatic. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I left feeling happy with it!

I booked through mistay and the room was more comfortable than I was thinking it will be. The bed was soft, AC was working fine, and the room felt clean enough to just relax without thinking too much. I only needed few hours of rest, so for that it was perfect. Not much hassle happened, I slept well and checkout was also easy.

"Not What Was Promised"
I booked through MiStay expecting the room to look like the photos shown, but the actual place was totally different. Even the location details weren’t clear, which made things more frustrating. It felt like they promised one thing online and delivered something else in person. Disappointing experience

"Okay check-in, but cleanliness was disappointing!!"
I booked a room through mistay for a few hours, the check-in part was fine... no issues there!! But the room itself was not very clean. The bedsheet had some stains on it, and there was dust on the side table too... which was off-putting. The bathroom also didn’t feel properly cleaned, especially around the sink area!!! I did end up using the room, but I can’t say I felt comfortable. For the price, it wasn’t the worst deal ever, but cleanliness really needs to be better!!

"Not really what I expected"
I booked a room on mistay.in mostly because it was showing basic things like a kettle, toiletries, and clean towels. But when I reached, the room was just okay only. Kettle was not there at all, the towels were looking old, and the AC remote also half worked, not properly. TV had very few channels too, which was a bit annoying. The staff did help after I asked two times, but still, overall it didn’t feel like what the pictures and price made me expect. Quite disappointing, honestly

Got my confirmation quickly, which was a relief because I always get weirdly anxious about bookings not going through. Everything was fine when I got to the hotel, no mix-ups or awkward front desk moments. i was more worried about finding parking nearby, but that worked out too. Overall, super smooth experience

"Convenient stay that really helped on a hectic day"
I booked through mistay.in mostly because the hotel was close to my office, that saved me so much travel time. I still remember feeling relieved when the location turned out to be exactly as shown, because I was already tired and didn’t want any extra hassle finding the place. Check-in was smooth, and the room was decent enough for a few hours. It wasn’t perfect, but for the convenience and the peace of not having to rush around the city, it worked well for me.

I booked on mistay.in and overall it was fine. The payment part took a little longer than I expected, maybe a few extra minutes or so. On the first try, it didn’t confirm right away, so I wasn’t sure if the money had been deducted or not. After some time, it updated and my booking showed as confirmed. Not a bad experience, but I feel the payment page could be a little smoother.

I thought the offer would apply at checkout, but for some reason it didn’t. It was a bit frustrating since that was part of why I decided to buy, but I went ahead with it anyway. Not ideal, but I guess it is what it is.

"Saved me from paying for a full day"
I used mistay for a few hours near the station, and it felt like a good call. I really didn’t want to lose money paying for a full-day hotel when I only needed a short stay, so this worked out well. The booking was smooth and the hotel was decent enough, nothing fancy but clean and did the job. Giving 4 stars because there weren’t many options in my area, but overall I saved money and got exactly what I needed.

"Didn’t feel safe using Mistay"
I booked through mistay.in the whole process just didn’t feel very secure to me. When I shared my ID details, they were handled casually and left on the counter where it looked like other people could easily see them. Maybe they don’t really have strict privacy checks in place, I don’t know for sure, but that’s the impression I got. Customer support was also slow and basically just told me to contact the hotel. For a stay booking site, feeling safe should be the bare minimum. I won’t be using it again.

"Booking felt way more stressful than it should have"
I was trying to quickly book a room on MiStay, but the whole process just felt annoying. The pages were slow, some details kept changing, and I had to keep going back to fix things. Since I was already in a hurry, it made the experience even more frustrating. The payment step was confusing too, and I wasn’t even sure for a while if my booking had actually gone through. For something as simple as booking a hotel, it really took too much time and effort.
